Q. What happens if your equipment fails on the day?
A. We always Carry Backup equipment so that if anything does fail on the day you will never know. We check and service our equipment regularly and carry spares for everything.
We backup our memory cards throughout the day to a portable storage unit so your photo's are protected.
We backup your photographs to external hard drives and also off site to ensure we can backup your photo's for a lifetime.
Q. Do you have insurance?
A. Yes, we carry three types of insurance. BEcause we sometimes employ assistants we have employers liabilty insurance. Whilst this doesn't directly impact you I think this shows we are professionals and take what we do seriously.
We also carry public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. These are to protect both ourselves and you.
Q. What if it rains?
Becasue we only book one Wedding per day we're quite happy to change the schedule around to take outdoor pictures later in the day. If it doesn't stop raining then we'll look at indoor locations to still enable us to capture great photographs and memories. We always carry umbrellas just in case. We also carry studio lighting in case it's needed.
Q. Will the prices change between now and my Wedding?
A. Once you have paid your deposit the prices are fixed. We'll both have a written agreement on the pricing and it won't change.
Q. How much is the deposit?
A. We charge a £150 deposit to secure your date and the pricing. This is refundable within 14 days of booking. If you postpone your Wedding we will move the deposit to the new date if we are available. If you cancel the Wedding the deposit will be retained. However, if we re-book the cancelled date we will then return your deposit.
Q. Can I choose my albums later?
A. Yes you can. Becasue of how we structure our pricing you can choose your coverage options first then choose your album and other presentation options later.

What if my DVD Rom of all my photographs becomes damaged?
A.
We'll replace your DVD Rom free of charge for you on the first occasion. For subsequent occasions there may be a nominal charge. We always recommend you backup your photographs.
Q. Can I print from the DVD Rom?
A. Yes. The images we provide are full resoultion. We provide you with a licence which enables you to print the images. We recommend you use a professional printer. We use a local printer - Caerphilly Colour Labs. as they offer a great personal service at a fair price.
Q. Are all the photographs in colour or can I have Black and White?
A. On your DVD we provide full resolution colour photographs, full resolution black and white, and we also provide reduced sizr colour and Black and White which are suitable for you to use in email and social networking sites such as facebook. We know you could resize them but we thought we'd save you the trouble!
